Their responsibilities include regularly interacting with clients to address their issues, and respond to inquiries, in order to maintain solid consumer relationships.

Customer Service Representative Duties And Responsibilities

Customer care representatives assume responsibility for the client’s issue and serve as the sole point of contact for all the questions regarding the troubleshooting process. This includes providing the client with information on the anticipated time of resolution to regularly provide updates on the status of the task. Additionally, they take note of any feedback from the customer that could improve their experience and pass it along to the appropriate team for organization execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1) Ecommerce Transaction and stock Reconciliation

2) Accounts Entry, Filing, Auditing of Expense, Invoices, Bill of Material creation

3) Bank and Stock(Physical) Reconciliation and investigation. Submission of stock statement.

4) Import Documentation, GST, TDS, Filing

5) Administrative Work

6) Accounting and Admin Process Improvement

7) Payment Follow-up and Enquiry completion

8) Other Compliances and Regulations with CA

9) Other role assistance as required in startup

10) Reply to WhatsApp queries, Facebook Instagram Comments

11) Convince customers about product features and place orders on their behalf (Incentive involved)

12) Respond to customer calls and complaints and co ordinate with team to solve them with given SLA
