Reporting to: Team Leader

Purpose of the position

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The telesales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

Responsibilities and duties

Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.

Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.

Listening to the customers' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.

Answering customers' questions on the products.

Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales

Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Academic qualifications

HSC Passed or graduate from any stream

Telesales Representative Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Creative thinking skills.

The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

Good sales ability.

Working knowledge of relevant computer software.

Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
